The decoration of the huge pavilion was made
of gold, carved mango trees embellished with the precious gems of ruby, emeralds,
etc. the marvelousness of the huge wedding hall was beyond description. The hall
was loaded with stunning pieces of chandeliers, exquisite artworks, murals, flags,
banners, curtains, and chowries, etc. the walls were decorated with the precious
stones, enchanting beauty of the pavilion which holds the wedding ceremony of
the supreme Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi personified as Vidhehakanya cannot be
described in words. The magnificent throne for the supreme Lord Sri
Ramachandra who is the ocean of beauty and compassion, and the grand palace of
King Janaka from where the King could perceive the prettiness of the entire city
and the beautiful homes of the people of Vidheha excelled the beauty of
fourteen worlds. The righteousness, kindness, and simplicity of the people of Vidheha,
which is the source of prosperity and happiness that prevailed in the Kingdom was more enough to fascinate the celestials and the deities.
