I shall prostrate before Lord
Raghunandhana, the delight of Raghu’s clan, Lord Rama whose lotus-like face has
pleasing nature, he was neither excited to hear the news of the coronation ceremony
as the King of Ayodhya, nor dejected about the command of his father to conduct
journey to woods. I shall earnestly pray
to envision that lotus-like face of Raghunandhana who is the delight of Raghu’s
clan, which brings all kinds of auspiciousness to the Universe. I shall prostrate before the supreme Lord of
Raghu's, Rama, he has beautiful dark cloud complexioned limbs, lustrous like the
dark blue lotus flower, seated with Devi Sita on his left, he is wielded in
powerful bow and arrow, I shall repeatedly prostrate before that Lord Rama
along with Devi Sita.
I shall contemplate upon the lotus feet of
my preceptor who cleanse the impurities of lust, desire, anger, jealousy, ego,
pride etc. of the mind, I shall sing in praise of Raghuvara, Lord Rama who is
unblemished, pure, eternal, free from afflictions, fulfills all the desires of
the worshiper, the four Purusharththa/Dharma/righteousness, Arththa/wealth,
Kama/desires and Moksha/liberation from repeated births. The celebrations and
various rites began from the day Rama returned home with Devi Sita from
Mithila, the city of Ayodhya drenched in various festivities, the fourteen
worlds were pouring an abundance of happiness, welfare, prosperity, serenity
and various auspiciousness in the Kingdom, like the mountains surrounded by the
rain clouds, showered in the form of prosperity, richness, wealth, minerals, etc.
The charming men and the gorgeous women of the city of Ayodhya resembled the
rich mineral wealth, gems, and precious stones. The splendor of the city of Ayodhya
was beyond description, seemed the creator invested all his skills and
knowledge to beautify it. The people of Ayodhya achieved the fruitfulness of
their lives watching the lustrous moon-like face of Lord Sri Ramachandra on a
daily basis. The queen mothers and their companions, and the attendants of the
palace was delighted to watch Rama, Lakshman, Bharatha, Shathrughna, along
with their beautiful consorts, like the creepers yearns to bear fruits,
particularly King Dhasharatha lured by the beauty, kindness, compassion,
virtues, amiability of Rama.
