King
Dasaratha repeatedly prostrated at the lotus feet of Maharishi
Kaushika/Vishwamithra, and spoke passionately “Oh! Muniraja, the happiness, and
welfare, all that I have achieved was your grace, Oh! Prabho, it was your
auspicious grace that brought immense happiness in the family.” King Dhasharatha highly
praised the virtue, righteousness, amiability, affection, and affluence of King
Janaka. Every day King Dhasharatha approaches Janaka with an affectionate
request to leave to Ayodhya was fondly refused by Janaka. King Dhasharatha has to postpone his journey
to his Kingdom, at the same time, King Janaka entertained his guests in a grand
manner, provided them with sophisticated service and attention. The Kingdom of
Mithila witnessed festivities on a regular basis, hence the people of Mithila do
not even dream of the return of King Dhasharatha to Ayodhya. In this way,
several days have passed, King Janaka affectionately held his sons-in-law, and his
family for several days was fastened by the love of Janaka. One day Sage
Kaushika and Shathanandha called King of Vidheha and advised “Oh! Rajan, you
have to allow King Dhasharatha to proceed to the Kingdom of Ayodhya, although
it is difficult for you to send them back.” King Janaka obediently answered “Oh!
Prabho, I shall obey your order and make immediate arrangements for their
departure.” King and his ministers prostrated before the Sages and received
their blessing “May your Kingdom flourish with happiness and wealth! Live Long
and be Victorious always.”
