The two brothers after reaching on the other side of the riverbank, took ablutions, and performed the morning rite, and followed Guha to the Chitrakoot. The chariots, palanquin, carts, vehicles, horses, elephants were arranged in a splendid manner, all those royal family members and preceptors on the forefront, followed by Bharatha and Shathrughna barefoot, attired in simple clothes and adorned in minimum jewels, further they were accompanied by ministers, sons of ministers, warriors, people of Ayodhya, etc. contemplating upon the lotus feet of Lord Sri Ramachandra and Devi Sita and Lakshman. Lord Indra spoke “Oh! Prabho, Lord Rama is scrupulous by nature, can be easily attainable with pure love and devotion, and Bharatha is the ocean of love personified on the Earth. We have to make sure that the purpose of Rama’s exile to the forest, in order to vanquish the demons, should not get postponed, therefore we have to conceive a plan to protect the purpose of Rama’s exile for the welfare of deities and noble souls.” The deities and preceptor Bhrihaspathi smiled at heart, thinking that after obtaining thousands of eyes Lord Indra is blind, did not win over the Maya of Mayapathi. Sage Bhrihaspathi spoke “Oh! Lord Indra, if anyone harms the devotees of Lord of Maya, Mayapathi, it would hit back the person mercilessly. Oh! King of deities, you must have known the approach of Lord Hari, if anyone scheme against his devotees would meet disaster. Lord of Lords Sri Ramachandra is kind and compassionate to all, he does not get angry on Jeeva who ill-treats him, but he cannot bear treacherous act against his sincere devotees, it would devour the person with the fire like his wrath.  The legend of King Ambareesha, and Sage Dhurvass is known to the world, it was highly eulogized in Veda and scriptures as well. Bharatha gets highly pleased to the devotees of Rama, and vice versa, the world pronounces the sacred name ‘Rama’, that supreme Bhramam repeats the name ‘Bharatha’.”
