Chapter – 24 – Sri Ramacharitha Manas –
Bala Kanda – Sri Ramanama is the easiest way to achieve the Saguna and Nirguna
Bhramam - Prakrithi and the material matters have fleeting nature, hence the
attachment to those impermanent nature cannot provide permanent bliss
The liberated souls/Viraktha Jeeva who have
no interest in worldly matters, lust or desires, free from the impurities of the mind takes up the practice of recitation of Ramanama and meditation, achieve
immense pleasure like the fishes in the water, keep splashing with limitless
joy. The Saguna Bhramaswaroopa/incarnation of Rama, Krishna, etc. and
Nirgunaswaroopa/Athman, which is difficult to perceive, is beyond description
or comparison, hence I feel the Sri Ramanama is the easiest way to achieve that
Saguna as well as Nirgunaswaroopa Paramathma Paramabhramam reside as soul in
the Jeeva which is inseparable from the Prakrithi/essential five elements.
Saguna Bhramam and Nirgunabhramam are equally powerful like the fire hidden in
the wood, all the wood possess a mighty fire in it, hence the Nama/recitation of
Sri Ramanama provides easy access to the all-pervasive unattainable
Sacchidhanandha Swaroopa Paramathma Parambhramam which is omnipresent, free from
impurities, the grief of dualities, has neither birth nor death. The all-pervasive indestructible
supreme Bhramam is eternal truth, changeless, and absolute bliss. The
Prakrithi, and all those material matters of infinite Nama, Roopa, Dhrishya,
Shabdha, Sparsha, Rasa, Gandha are destructible, the supreme Bhramam resides as the soul is pure, and indestructible represents eternal bliss. The constant
recitation of Sri Ramanama, the practice of austerities, Swadhyaya, Athmavichara,
meditation and contemplation, Shamadhamadhi, bring the Jeeva closer to the
Sacchidhanandhaghana Swaroopa Paramathma, thereby achieve utmost serenity which
is the state free from impurities of Kama, Krodha, Lobha, Moha, Madha,
Mathshcharya, Ahamkara, Mamakara, interest in worldly matters, free from
redundant thoughts, the grief of dualities, ultimately experience the eternal
bliss. The Prakrithi and the material matters have
fleeting nature, hence the attachment to those impermanent nature cannot
provide permanent bliss.
