Chapter – 52 – Dhoha – 51
Lord Mahadeva speaks “Oh!
Devi, the Veda eulogizes that supreme Lord Hari as he does not require feet to walk, ear
to listen, performs various Karma without hands, tastes all the ingredients
without a face, silent but an excellent orator,
feel the touch without the skin or body, seeing without eyes, smells without the nose, his
deeds are beyond description and his glories are endless. The Supreme Lord Rama is eulogized by Veda
and scholars, he is sought after by the illustrious Rishis and sages, he is the
son of Dhasharatha, he is Ayodhyapathi, he is the constant companion of his
devotees. The people who leave mortal coil in the sacred Kashi attain
liberation from the repeated births and suffering by listening to his name. The
supreme Lord Raghuvara is my Lord, he is the Lord of all the living and
non-living things. He is supreme Lord who resides as a soul in living beings,
whoever constantly contemplates upon him would get relieved from their
sufferings and sins. Whoever contemplates and meditate upon Lord Rama with
intense devotion and faith would cross the unfathomable ocean of worldly
existence, like the footprint of cows. Oh! Bhavani, Lord Rama is Paramathma,
he is beyond Maya, and therefore your calculation about him is wrong. Whoever uncertain
about that supreme Lord Rama would get all their virtues, Gnana, Bhakti, and
Vairagya disappear.” Goddess Bhavani’s delusions were disappeared instantly
after listening to the supreme preceptor Lord Mahadeva who removes all the
darkness of ignorance. Eventually, Devi Parvathi attained intense devotion and
faith upon the lotus feet of Lord Rama, thus all her misconceptions about the
supreme Bhramam disappeared.
Devi Parvathi got hold of
the lotus feet of Lord Mahadeva, with folded hands; she began to speak
affectionately “Oh! Bhagavan, my ignorance like scorching heat has disappeared after
listening to the cool rays of moon-like your wise words. Oh! Kripalu, you have
removed all my misapprehensions, I have understood the real nature of Lord Rama,
Oh! Prabho, you have removed all my grief, I am feeling extremely blissful with
your grace. I am an ignorant woman, and dull-minded, if you are pleased with me
and realizes me as your sincere servant, Oh! Swami, kindly answer my first
question 1) why did that supreme Bhramam Lord Hari incarnated as Lord Rama who
is eternal, free from afflictions, symbolizes supreme wisdom, and resides as a soul in living beings? Oh! Vrishakethu, kindly describe them in the simplest
manner.”
