Malyavan spoke “Oh! Dhashanan, he is supreme Lord Hari personified as son of Dhasharatha, Lord Rama killed Hiranyaksha and his brother Hiranyakashipu, Madhu and Kaitaba, the very purpose of his incarnation is vanquishing the wicked demons and restore peace on the Earth. Oh! Ravana, you can’t keep hostility towards that supreme Lord who is the essence of Time and death. He resembles the wildfire to the wicked people, he is the repository of wisdom and virtues, worshiped by Lord Bhrama and Lord Shambhu. Oh! Dhashanan give up your enmity with Lord Rama, restore Devi Vaidhehi and worship at his lotus feet, he is too kind and compassionate to his worshiper.” The wise words of elderly Malyavan hit like sharp arrows on the chest of Ravana, he shrieked in anger “Oh! Fool, I don’t want to see your cursed face, I would have cut your throat if you were not elder to me, do not show your face before my eyes anymore.” The elderly Minister Malyavan, rose from his seat in an utter disappointment, understood that the Lord has decided to take Ravana’s life in hand, so its baseless to argue with him, he muttered to himself and set out of the assembly. At that moment, Meghanatha stood out in the assembly and exclaimed “I need not speak anything about my might before the assembly, I will show what I can do on the battlefield.” Ravana regained his courage, fondly patted on Meghanatha and returned to his palace. As soon as the day light came in the mighty Vanaras and bears took their place on the four gates of the palace of Ravana, they began all the monkey tricks, sprang from one fortress to another, created a huge chaos in the city of Lanka. The dreadful demons with vicious weapons rushed to attack the Vanaras and bears were retaliated by the Vanaras hurling huge rocks and trees upon them.

Lord Mahadeva speaks “Oh! Devi Uma, Lord Sri Ramachandra is too kind and compassionate, he has bestowed the highest state of salvation even to the demons, because they have remembered the Lord as their enemy in all their lives. Oh! Bhavani, who is benevolent as Lord Rama? Hence, the Jeeva who is drenched in material matters of possession, fame, richness, wife, children, companion, relatives, wealth, money, etc. are unfortunate, soaked in Maya/illusion driven afar from the meditation and contemplation are miserable.” Lord Sri Ramachandra perceived that Angadha and Hanuman vehemently invaded the palace of Ravana, the two mighty Vanaras resembled the Mount Mandhara used for churning the ocean, utter disorder in the palace of Ravana.
