Sage Yajjavalkya speaks “Oh! Mune, the
Bhanukulabhooshana/ magnificent jewel of the Surya clan, attired in yellow silk
garment on the slender waist and has the gait of a lion, was the bliss, virtues, and beauty personified stood before them. The companions of Devi Janaki forgot
their very existence witnessing the charm of Rama and Lakshman. One of the
female companions clasped the hands of Devi Janaki and spoke in a soft voice “ Oh! Janakanandhini, have a look at the charming princes now, and meditate Devi Gauri afterward.” soon
Devi Janaki opened her eyes saw the two charming princes resembled the lions of
Raghu clan before her, she looked from toe to head and vice versa immediately
remembered the vow of her father to find a suitable groom for her, pushed her
into extreme anguish. The companions noticed Devi Sita raptured in love for the
dark cloud-complexioned prince, one of them shrieked out of joy, “Oh! Devi, we
are already late to return to the palace, we shall be here tomorrow at the same time.”
and coyly laughed at everyone, Devi Sita blushed to recollect the inner meaning
of her remarks. Devi Sita was anxious to realize that they are already late to
return as per mother’s advice, she contemplated upon the marvelous form of Lord
Rama and hurried back to palace.”
