The beautiful women
gathered were spoke softly “ Vaidhehi and Rama are the fortunes of Janaka, and Dhasharatha respectively. These
two are a superior devotee of Lord Shambhu, no one has served Lord Shiva with
intense devotion like them, and these two have attained an abundance of
meritorious rewards. There is no one equal to these divine couple, and will not
be in the future. Whoever born in the city of King Janaka are storehouse of
good fortunes, we are in the palace of King Janaka. Who is fortunate than us?
We have witnessed the loveliness of the divine couple before our eyes,
therefore no one has attained piousness superior to us. We will achieve that
greatest of the fortune of the celestial wedding of Rama and Vaidhehi very soon.
Oh! Ladies with beautiful eyes, we are going to achieve a perpetual fortune
with this divine wedding, everything happening as we desired, these two
handsome brothers will make frequent visits to the city of Mithila and give
pleasure to our eyes. King Janaka would invite his dearest daughter with
son-in-law very often to this city. These two handsome brothers would make a visit here to take back Devi Sita to Ayodhya. There will be huge preparations
to receive the guests, Oh! Dear friend, who does not want to take pleasure in those
grand arrangements in the palace of father-in-law,? Rama and Lakshmana will
definitely accept the invitation of King Janaka and Devi Sunayana so that the people of Mithila can take pleasure in watching these two brothers. Oh! Sakhi,
have you noticed King Dhasharatha brought two handsome sons with him? They have the same appearance to Rama and Lakshmana, one has dark cloud complexion and
another one is fair and both of them are equally attractive. ”
Another beautiful woman spoke
“Oh! Ladies, I have seen these two handsome young brothers of Rama and
Lakshmana today, I thought Lord Bhrama created them with his own hands.
Bharatha resembles Rama, no one could trace out of the difference between them, the same with the Shathrughna and Lakshman. There is no one to compare the loveliness of them, therefore we can assume their handsome features in mind,
they are beyond description, and there is no one in the three worlds to make a
comparison with them.”
Tulsidas speaks “ The poets
and intellectuals says there is no comparison for Rama, Lakshmana, Bharatha and
Shathrughna. They are flawless, resembles the ocean of prowess, humility,
wisdom, discipline, and beauty.” The beautiful women in the city of Mithila,
holding the tip of their clothes prayed before Lord Bhrama, like the beggars
asking for alms. “Let these four handsome sons of Dhasharatha get married to
the brides from the city of Mithila so that we can merrily sing songs on that
occasion.” The ladies with tears and happiness talked to each other “ Oh!
Sakhis, The supreme Lord Shiva who killed the Tripurasura would make everything
possible; these two kings are extremely fortunate ones.” The people gathered
were prayed, they soaked in extreme happiness.
The Kings who were invited to attending the wedding of Rama and Sita was highly praised the four handsome sons of Dhasharatha and their endless virtues, thus they returned to their fortress. In this way, the people of Mithila and the people
from Ayodhya took great pleasure in the
various festivities. Finally, the day has arrived for that auspicious moment of the wedding ceremony of Rama and Devi Sita.

Narada. It was same as the date and time prescribed by the astrologers of King

auspicious and the pure moment before Godhuli/the time when the cows return
homes after grazing, spreading dust from their hooves, has arrived. The ceremonial priests informed the
auspicious time and Lagna to the Vidheharaja. King Janaka and Shathananda
called out for the ministers, they brought all the auspicious ingredients,
there were sounds of conch, repercussions, and various divine musical
instruments reverberated in the city of Mithila. The beautiful woman folks
