Ravana shrieked in anger “Oh! Wicked and haughty Vanara, you have humiliated the Ravana who was praised in the three worlds and you are highly speaking about an ordinary human, I have understood your wisdom.” Angadha indignantly replied “Oh! Fool, how can be that Rama who crushed the pride of Sage Parashurama can be an ordinary human being, whose very sight melted the heart of Parashurama who killed several wicked Kshatriyas on the Earth, and removed the burden of the earth, whose fierce ax cut down the powerful arms of Sahasrabhahu. Do you think Lord Kamadeva is a mere archer? Do you think the river Ganga is a mere stream? Kamadhenu is an ordinary cow? Garuda is an ordinary bird? Thousand hooded Adhishesha is a mere serpent? Chinthamani/precious gem is an ordinary stone? Oh! Ten-headed Ravana, Oh! Wicked, do you think the supreme abode of Lord Vishnu Sri Vaikunda is a mere sphere and the sincere devotion to Lord of Raghu’s is a mere a practice of worship?”
